After eight years of development, the Snow Bike discipline has reached a turning point. Created, championed, and developed since 2016 by snow riding expert Éric Barone, many milestones have been achieved. Éric Barone explains them below. But before discovering the summary of this exciting adventure, let's define the word "Plagiarism."
Plagiarism is a moral, civil, or commercial offense; is a offense. It consists of copying an author or appropriating the work of a creator, whether technical or artistic (and some extend this—by extension—to a style, ideas, or facts), as well as drawing heavily on a model without deliberately or negligently acknowledging the author or founder. It is often considered a form of intellectual property theft. Some distinguish between plagiarism, which is blatant borrowing, and "parody," where the text undergoes various modifications to obscure its origin.
Article L 122-4: "Any full or partial representation or reproduction made without the consent of the author or their successors in title is unlawful. The same applies to translation, adaptation or transformation, arrangement or reproduction by any art or process whatsoever."
